Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cubed zucchini
    1 grated onion
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/3 c. melted butter
    2 c. grated carrots
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
Preparation
    Dilute cream of chicken soup with sour cream.
    Pour melted butter over stuffing mix.
    Layer in following order: zucchini, carrots, onion, cream of chicken soup and sour cream mixture, stuffing with butter on top.
    Put in greased 2-quart casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
