Egg-Olive Sandwich Filling - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs, hard-boiled and chilled
1 1/2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1/4 c. stuffed green olives, chopped
olive juice
Preparation

Peel eggs and chop.
Add mayonnaise and chopped olives.
Pour enough olive juice into mixture to make mixture spreadable as a sandwich filling.
Refrigerate.
Yields 2 to 3 sandwiches.
