Chocolate Revel Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. quick-cooking rolled oats
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. margarine
2 c. packed brown sugar
2 eggs
4 tsp. vanilla
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine oats, flour, soda and salt.
Beat the 1 cup margarine 30 seconds.
Add brown sugar.
Beat until fluffy.
Add eggs and 2 teaspoons vanilla; beat well.
Stir in all dry ingredients.
