Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. grated zucchini
    1 c. chopped nuts, raisins or chocolate chips
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease two 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans. Sift flour into a large bowl.
    Beat eggs and add with rest of ingredients to the flour in large bowl.
    Mix well until all ingredients are blended.
    Pour into greased pans and bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
    Cool on wire rack.
    Wrap in freezer paper to freeze.
