Mom'S Hot Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. yeast
1 tsp. sugar
1 c. lukewarm water
1 c. warm water
5 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
6 Tbsp. melted butter
6 c. flour or enough for a stiff dough
Preparation

Combine yeast, sugar and lukewarm water.
Let stand 10 minutes.
Add warm water, sugar, salt, melted butter and flour. Put on a floured board and knead well.
Let rise until double in size.
Punch down.
Shape in rolls and let rise until double again.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
