Microwave Lemon Butter Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. white pepper
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a 2-cup glass measure. Cook, uncovered, on High (max power) 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or until hot and butter is melted. Stir. Serve immediately with seafood, hot green vegetables.
