Shepherd'S Pie(Makes 4 To 6 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 servings instant potatoes
    1 egg
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    3 Tbsp. instant minced onion
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    2 tsp. chives
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/4 c. milk
    1 (1 lb.) can peas and carrots
Preparation
    Prepare potatoes.
    Beat egg; set aside.
    In skillet, brown meat and onion; blend in next 5 ingredients.
    Add milk and undrained peas and carrots.
    Cook until slightly thickened.
    In 1-quart greased casserole, place 1/2 potatoes; top with meat and remaining potatoes.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
