Peach Pickles(Salty) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. peaches
    1 3/4 c. Hawaiian salt
    4 3/4 c. water
    4 c. sugar
    4 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Boil
    the
    water
    and Hawaiian salt; cool and pour over peaches.
    Soak overnight.
    Drain.
    Boil the sugar and vinegar; pour when cool.
    Red coloring may be added.
