Potato Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2 thin onion slices
    little salt
    1/4 c. parsley, chopped
    1/4 c. flour
    2 c. diced raw potatoes
Preparation
    Break eggs into blender container.
    Add onion, salt and 1/2 of potatoes.
    Blend on low speed for a few seconds.
    Remove cover insert with blender on.
    Add flour and remaining potatoes.
    Mix parsley into mixture.
    Pour into hot greased frying pan.
    (You might want to add more potatoes.)
