Sweet And Sour Meatball Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1/4 c. water
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    1 small onion, grated
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 c. canned chili (without beans)
    1/2 c. grape jelly
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine first 7 ingredients and blend well.
    Shape into 1-inch balls.
    Set aside.
    Combine chili, jelly and lemon juice in saucepan or deep frying pan and mix well over low heat.
    Add meatballs, stirring lightly.
    Simmer for 1 hour.
    Can be warmed in a crock-pot.
