Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. white flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. white sugar
    1 beaten egg
    1 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. lemon extract
    3 c. chopped rhubarb
Preparation
    Sift first 3 ingredients.
    Set aside.
    With mixer, blend next 4 ingredients until smooth.
    Add rhubarb and dry ingredients. Stir until thoroughly combined.
    Pour into one unbaked pie shell. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake an additional 25 minutes.
    Cover pie with topping and place under broiler until lightly browned.
    Watch carefully to avoid burning.
