Sweet And Sour Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean pork, ground
    1 lb. beef, ground
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. chopped almonds, browned in butter and salt
    2 eggs
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    dash of salt and Tabasco sauce
    couple dashes nutmeg
Preparation
    Form into tiny balls.
    Roll in cornstarch and fry in peanut oil.
    (Or bake 20 minutes at 400\u00b0.)
