Barley Soup - Ham - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. barley
    ham and bone (leftover)
    celery
    parsley
    1 can tomato soup
    3 carrots
    1 c. potatoes, cubed
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Boil barley 1 hour over medium-low heat in 3 to 4 cups of water.
    Then add ham and bone and other remaining ingredients. Add more water as necessary to cover.
    Continue to cook over medium-low heat until vegetables are cooked through.
