Scalloped Pineapple - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans pineapple tidbits
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1 stick oleo
1 tube saltine crackers, crushed
Preparation

Drain
and
reserve juice from pineapple.
Mix together pineapple
and cheese in baking dish.
Combine sugar and flour with
juice and pour over pineapple-cheese mixture.
Melt oleo and mix
with
crushed crackers.
Sprinkle over top of casserole. Bake for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
