Cheese Straws - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. extra sharp cheese
    1 3/4 c. plain flour
    1/2 c. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. red pepper
Preparation
    Grate cheese.
    Soften butter.
    Put all ingredients in mixer and mix thoroughly.
    Put through cookie press.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown, about 20 minutes.
    Makes about 100 cheese straws.
