Yogurt Cucumber Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium cucumber, thin sliced
    1/2 c. thin sliced red onion
    1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt
    4 pkg. Equal
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine cucumber and red onion slices in a bowl.
    Combine remaining ingredients and pour over slices; toss.
    Serve immediately.
    Makes 4 servings (1/2 cup each); 36 calories per serving.
