Whiskey Or Bourbon Balls(Make These A Week Ahead) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. finely crushed vanilla wafers
    1 c. powdered sugar
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    3 Tbsp. white corn syrup
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cocoa
    6 Tbsp. whiskey or bourbon
Preparation
    Mix all
    ingredients
    and
    form
    into
    small balls.
    If balls tend to
    crumble,
    add a few drops of liquor to mixture. Roll each in powdered sugar and store in an airtight container for about
    1 week to ripen.
    Yield:
    4 dozen (1/2-inch) balls. Calories per serving:
    60.
