Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can creamed corn
    1 can whole kernel corn
    1 pkg. corn muffin mix
    1/2 stick margarine, divided
    1 c. sour cream
    2 eggs, beaten
    5 oz. shredded cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Combine undrained corn, muffin mix, 1/4 stick of margarine, sour cream, eggs and cheese, except for 1/3 cup reserved for topping.
    Mix.
    Bake covered for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
