Make Ahead Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large potatoes
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. margarine
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 egg, beaten
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    paprika
Preparation
    Peel potatoes. Cut into thick slices and cook with onion. Drain water when potatoes are done. Mix with electric mixer and add 1/2 cup margarine, cream cheese, sour cream, egg, salt and pepper. Place into a greased 2-quart baking dish. Dot with margarine. Refrigerate until ready to use. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes, until hot. Garnish with paprika.
