Taco Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans biscuits
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
    1 medium onion
    1 medium green pepper
    4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Flatten biscuits in bottom of a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Brown meat and drain.
    Add tomato sauce and 1/2 can of water.
    Add taco mix.
    Cut up onion and green pepper; add to meat mixture. Cook 10 minutes on low until thickened.
    Spread over biscuits and sprinkle cheese over top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes, uncovered.
