Swiss Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower, thawed and drained
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
    1/3 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 (4 oz.) jar chopped pimentos, drained
    1 can Durkee French fried onions
Preparation
    Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup Swiss cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimentos and half of the onion rings.
    Pour into 1-quart casserole.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Top with remaining cheese and onions and bake, uncovered, 5 minutes.
