Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. oil
3 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. frozen strawberries, thawed
1 tsp. soda
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. pecans

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in large bowl.
Beat well with spoon. Bake in 2 well-greased and floured loaf pans at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
