Marinated Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. small fresh mushrooms
    2/3 c. olive oil or vegetable oil
    1/2 c. wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 clove garlic (leave whole)
Preparation
    Mix together oil, vinegar, parsley, salt, pepper, sugar and lemon juice in a large bowl.
    Add mushrooms and garlic clove; toss lightly.
    Cover and refrigerate for hours or days.
    Remove garlic clove and serve on toothpick.
