Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. + 1 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 small green pepper, chopped
    6 to 8 pieces pimento
    1 qt. sauerkraut
    1 Tbsp. mustard seed
    1 tsp. poppy seed
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Bring to boil sugar, oil and vinegar.
    Cool.
    Drain sauerkraut.
    Combine sauerkraut and chopped ingredients.
    Add mustard seed, poppy seed and celery seed.
    Pour cooled mixture over salad and marinate in refrigerator for 24 hours.
    Stir several times during the day.
