Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. salad oil
2 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten well
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 c. chopped nuts
3 c. peeled and chopped apples
Preparation

Combine oil and sugar; beat well.
Beat into eggs and vanilla. Sift together flour, salt and soda.
Add to oil mixture.
Stir in nuts and apples.
Pour into greased 10-inch tube pan and bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until done.
May be baked in a 9 x 13-inch pan; bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
