Sweet Potato Cream Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 thin pie crusts
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 egg
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 c. sweet potatoes
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 stick melted butter
1/2 c. Carnation milk

Preparation

Mix well until smooth the cream cheese, egg, sugar and vanilla flavoring.
Pour into two pie crusts.
Mix sweet potatoes, egg, vanilla flavoring, flour, melted butter and Carnation milk.
Mix well and pour over cream cheese mixture.
Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
