Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 4 medium potatoes
    1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped stuffed olives
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
Preparation
    Cube and cook potatoes in boiling water until tender. Drain. Sprinkle with vinegar and sugar. Add celery, onion, olives, salt and celery seed. Fold in mayonnaise and eggs. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
