Pancho'S Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. ground cumin
    1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 can Rotel tomatoes (drained)
    1 c. water
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except cheese in saucepan. Bring to a boil and boil for 10 minutes. Turn heat on low and cook until mixture thickens. Remove from heat and pour in blender. Add 1/4 of the cheese and blend until smooth. Continue adding cheese 1/4 at a time until all is blended. Chill. Store in refrigerator and is better if stored overnight.
