Creamy Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

5 lb. sweet potatoes, peeled and cooked
1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
8 oz. crushed pineapple
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
miniature marshmallows

Preparation

Strain and mash potatoes.
In a large bowl, mix sweet potatoes, butter, pineapple, sugar, vanilla extract, nutmeg and cinnamon.
Transfer to a greased, 3-quart baking dish.
