Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cut up chicken or boned breast of chicken (6 small)
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Place chicken pieces skin side up in a greased baking dish. Do not overlap.
    Blend together the butter, flour, salt and poultry seasoning.
    Spread over chicken.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 uncovered 20 minutes.
    Mix together soup, milk and water.
    Pour over chicken and bake 30 minutes more or until chicken is tender.
