Butterscotch Cream Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/3 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    3 egg yolks
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. Parkay
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In a double boiler, combine the first 3 ingredients.
    Slowly add the milk. Stir until thick. Cook, covered, 10 minutes. Combine egg yolks and sugar with 1/4 cup mixture.
    Mix and return to double boiler.
    Cook until mixture mounds when dropped from spoon, 2 minutes.
    Cool.
    Add Parkay and vanilla. Continue in pie or your favorite dessert bowl.
