Frosted Fruit Salad Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 oz. lime jello
1 c. boiling water
12 oz. 7-Up
8 3/4 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 banana, sliced
1/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. whipped cream
1/4 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
reserved pineapple juice
Preparation

Dissolve jello in boiling water and cool.
Add pop.
Chill until partially set.
Fold pineapple and banana into jello.
Put into an 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan.
Chill until firm.
Combine sugar and flour in saucepan.
Stir in reserved pineapple liquid and egg. Cook and stir over low heat until thickened.
Chill.
Fold whipped cream into this mixture.
Spread over jello.
Sprinkle with cheeses.
Refrigerate until topping is firm.
