Walnut Dill Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. tofu, cubed (1 c.)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dried dill weed, crushed in a mortar and pestle
1/4 tsp. dried tarrgon, crushed in a mortar and pestle
1/4 c. water
2 tsp. white vinegar
1 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 Tbsp. walnut oil
1/8 c. tightly packed fresh dill
Preparation

Combine all the ingredients in a blender container and blend until satin smooth.
Refrigerate in a tightly covered container. Makes 1 1/4 cups.
