Ingredients

1 c. dry milk powder
2 Tbsp. sugar substitute
1 1/2 c. chow mein noodles
1/2 c. cocoa
3 Tbsp. water
Preparation

Blend milk and cocoa to make a fine powder.
Stir in sugar substitute and water and beat until smooth and creamy.
Fold in chow mein noodles and drop on waxed paper.
Makes 30 candies.
