Turtle Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box German chocolate cake mix
3/4 c. butter
1 (14 oz.) pkg. caramels
1 small pkg. butterscotch morsels
1/2 can sweetened condensed milk
1 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation

Make cake according to package directions.
Pour half of batter into greased and floured 9 x 13 x 2-inch glass dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Melt caramels, butter and milk.
Remove cake from oven.
Sprinkle butterscotch chips and nuts.
Pour caramel mixture over entire cake.
Top with remaining batter. Return to oven another 20 to 30 minutes.
Frost with Chocolate Frosting.
