Salt Sour Dill Pickles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

cukes
1 1/2 tsp. dill
2 garlic buds
1 qt. brown vinegar
2 qt. water
1 c. canning salt
Preparation
-
Wash and spear cukes.
Place cukes in jars along with dill and garlic buds.
Combine vinegar, water and canning salt.
Bring this mixture to boil.
Pour over cukes in jars and place on hot lids and rings.
(You can reduce salt if desired.)
