Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. butter or margarine
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. ripe, mashed bananas
    3/4 c. pecans, finely chopped
    3 c. flour, sifted
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/3 c. sour cream or buttermilk
Preparation
    Cream butter; add sugar and eggs.
    Beat until light and creamy. Add mashed bananas and mix well.
    Add sifted flour, baking powder and baking soda alternately with the sour cream.
    Add nuts.
    Pour into greased and floured loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
