Pineapple Freeze - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sour cream
1 (15 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
2 c. milk
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 (8 3/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple (1 c.), drained
Preparation

Combine sour cream and condensed milk.
Stir in milk and lemon juice.
Freeze in 1-quart refrigerator tray until partially frozen.
Stir in drained pineapple.
Freeze firm.
Makes 1 quart.
