Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 1/4 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. shortening or vegetable oil
2/3 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. clove
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ginger
3 eggs
6 medium mashed ripe bananas
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Measure all ingredients in mixing bowl.
Mix on low speed of electric mixer, then on high speed for 3 minutes while scraping sides of bowl.
Pour into 3 loaf pans that have been lined with aluminum foil, then greased.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
