Fried Frog Legs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 frog legs
    1/4 c. water
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 egg
    3/4 c. lemon juice
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c.milk
Preparation
    Marinate frog legs in lemon juice, water, 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper for 1 hour.
    Mix 1/4 cup flour and all remaining ingredients in separate bowl for batter.
    Remove frog legs from marinade.
    Dip in batter, coating thoroughly.
    Roll in remaining flour.
    Cover and fry in hot fat until tender.
    Remove cover and brown lightly.
