Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes chopped broccoli, cooked 3 minutes, drained and buttered
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 beaten eggs
    1 c. grated sharp cheese
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Fold soup, mayonnaise, eggs, cheese, onion, salt and pepper into broccoli.
    Pour into buttered casserole dish that has been sprinkled with crumbled Ritz crackers.
    Top also with Ritz cracker crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Feeds 10 or 12 people.
