Eggplant With Spice! - cooking recipe

1 lb. eggplant, cubed
1 1/4 tsp. minced garlic
1 1/4 tsp. chili sauce
1 Tbsp. ginger wine
2 Tbsp. low-sodium soy sauce
3 oz. chicken broth
2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
2 tsp. sesame oil
3 scallions, thinly sliced
3 to 4 Tbsp. canola oil
Preparation

Heat oil in large frypan or wok.
Add garlic and chili sauce. Stir-fry for 30 seconds over medium-high heat.
Add cubed eggplant and stir-fry until soft.
