Chicken And Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    3 egg whites
    1/2 c. no fat cottage cheese
    1/8 c. water
    pinch of salt
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in chunks
    2 (14 oz.) cans chicken broth
    3 c. water
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 c. celery, chopped fine
    1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1 tsp. parsley
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Spray large pot with Pam.
    Add chicken pieces and brown.
    Add broth, water and the rest of the broth ingredients.
    Simmer 30 minutes over low heat, uncovered.
