Paprika Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1 (3 lb.) broiler fryer, cut up
4 Tbsp. butter or margarine (1/2 stick)
Preparation

Mix flour, salt and paprika.
Coat chicken pieces with flour mixture.
In baking dish 13 x 9-inches in 425\u00b0 oven, melt butter or margarine.
Remove baking dish from oven.
Arrange chicken pieces, skin-side down, in single layer in butter or margarine in baking dish.
Bake 25 minutes.
Turn chicken pieces over; bake 15 minutes longer or until chicken is golden and fork-tender.
Makes 4 servings.
