Shaker Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 eggs (2 large)
    1 3/4 c. milk
    2 c. corn (fresh, frozen or canned), drained
Preparation
    Blend butter, sugar, flour and salt.
    Add eggs and beat well. Stir in corn and milk.
    Pour ingredients into a buttered casserole and bake 45 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Stir once halfway through cooking. When done, pudding will be golden brown and a knife inserted will come out clean.
