Fudge Brownies(For Serious Chocolate Brownie Lovers) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 sticks unsalted butter, melted
    1 1/4 c. best Dutch process cocoa
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 c. sugar
    7 large eggs, near room temperature, not cold from refrigerator
    2 tsp. real vanilla
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Take a 9 x 13-inch baking pan and turn upside down.
    Mold a piece of foil, shiny side down over bottom of pan.
    Turn over pan and place foil in pan.
    Place one tablespoon of butter in pan and put in oven to melt.
    Spread butter over foil after melted.
