Almond Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (18 1/4 oz.) pkg. yellow cake mix
    1 stick butter or margarine, melted
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    8 oz. cream cheese (I use light)
    1 lb. confectioners sugar
    4 oz. sliced almonds
Preparation
    Combine cake mix, butter and 1 egg.
    Beat until mixture reaches dough-like consistency.
    Spread in bottom of greased pan. Combine remaining 2 eggs, vanilla, cream cheese and confectioners sugar.
    Beat with electric mixer for 3 minutes.
    Spread cream cheese mixture on top of cake mixture.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
    Top with almonds and bake 30 minutes more or until firm.
    Cut into bars while still warm.
