Stuffed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    medium baked potatoes (1 to 2 per person)
    picante sauce
    1/2 c. milk
    sliced olives
    sour cream
    green peppers
    mushrooms (sliced)
    shredded Cheddar cheese
    seasoned meat - taco or beef stroganoff
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    butter
    cooked vegetables
    chives
    hard-boiled eggs
    chopped tomatoes
Preparation
    Open
    baked potatoes.
    Fill with meat, desired stuffing items (some or all of listed) and picante sauce.
    Heat together Velveeta,
    milk
    and
    1/2 cup picante sauce.
    Enjoy!
    Serve with mixed green salad, fruit salad and a light dessert.
