Chicken Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large chicken
    2 qt. chicken broth
    1 lb. spaghetti, broken small
    1 large green pepper
    1 large onion
    2 garlic buttons
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    1 medium bunch celery
    1 small can mushrooms
    2 (No. 3) cans tomatoes
    1 lb. grated mild Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook chicken until tender.
    Remove from bones; set aside. Cook spaghetti in 2 quarts chicken broth until done.
    Dice green pepper, onion and garlic and saute in oleo.
    Add diced celery, mushrooms and tomatoes.
    Cook slowly for 2 hours.
    Add to chicken and spaghetti.
    Put in baking dish so it will be about 2 1/2 inches deep.
    Cover with grated cheese and bake for 30 minutes.
