Frosting Paint - cooking recipe

Ingredients

5 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
4 egg whites

Preparation

Beat with mixer.
Paint or spread on baked cookies.
Thin with water, if needed.
After painting, let frosting dry before stacking cookies.
